@solarwile Actually, by building lean muscle is the BEST way to burn fat. I’ve lost over 2 and a half stone in weight and I’m just starting to firm up a little. I went running 3 miles per day for 6 days per week for months. Yes, I lost weight but too much in the wrong places. Weight lifting is the best way to lose fat. Trust me!
wierd ive one this 4 like 1½ month (because im only 14) but it has stopt burning after the exercises do you have any idea why?
last one is impossible on hard surface
does your back touch the ground when you do the last exercice ? i feel like my legs are working more than my abs
