Question by Millie!: stomach “pooch”—flat stomach?
so i have been doing ab workouts and i forgot for like a month and so now my abs are kind of just “there”. they are like poochy and definately not flat. how can a get my flat abs back without dieting? (i’m in my early teens)

Abs are made in the kitchen which means try to eat minimally processed foods as well as working out. Also salt intake could bloat you so try eating less salt.

    how do you forget for a month? sounds more like putting it off- its okay we all do- but i agree that abs are made in the kitchen. Do crunches and I suggest getting an exercise ball- they work wonders!
