Question by Britney: am i the only girl thar feels` this way ?
Am I the only girl that doesn’t like her body. No matter what I do, I just can’t be happy with my body. Like I’m soooo confident but i just don’t like my body. I’m like 5`2 && i weigh about 115 pounds, but I just cant get that “flat stomach” I’m looking for. My boyfriend tells me I need to put on some weight but in reality I’m to afraid to get to big. I’ve always been skinny and I can’t help having that feeling. i just want to ask any type of workouts that you’ve seen the “flat stomach” look, and I want to find out if I’m the only girl that feels this way !

    Woman I USED to have a killer body up until about 5 years ago, then I started putting on weight. I lost 30 lbs once after exercising and dieting and I looked good again. Now, that I’m getting older, I exercise and eat the same exact way that I did the time before (when I lost weight) and it doesn’t work. I no longer like my body either, but there comes a time when you must accept and love yourself for what you are. If your boyfriend truly loves you, then your body will not be that important to him (unless you’re a slob), which you aren’t.

    You are far from the truth…just about EVERY other girl out there feels the exact same way. You do not need to lose any weight. Your weight is perfect… what you can do instead is crunches to tone your stomach…so it won’t necessarily make you lose weight since you will be gaining muscle. If you get anywhere under 115 you will start becoming underweight and that’s just as unhealthy as being over.

    wow ! thats exactly me . i feel that way too . but its werid but lay down , put your hands under your butt and put your legs up , but not that high and act like your riding a bike . lol (: & that helps cramps too . lol ! but you just need to be happy with your body . haha (:

    No I have felt that way too!! Im sure at some point, every girl has felt the same way!! Let me just say one quick thing “mirrors lie!!” When I looked in the mirror, I always saw a bigger person then I am. Sometimes people see this and they start dieting and going anorexic and Im not just going right away saying that ur gonna go anorexic from start eating nooooo Im not saying that at all =) from ur description if your boyfriend is really true to you and is saying u need to gain weight then ask him why? A guy should like you for who you really are :) And im not gonna give a whole love talk or anything Im just saying =D From ur description you sound very pretty and the perfect weight! Dont be decieved by supermodels or commercials there usually edited =D

    Lately ive been trying to get skinny and its been so much work im sorta going for that flat stomach too your just not working hard enough i know im not i tell myself im going to do it but then i end up blowing it off im not fully determined or confident so i need to work on that.
    Do the cardio workout it burns stomach fat im doing it.
