ur 14!!! ur at a good weight u dont need to lose weight just try to get muscle……. try dancing… yoga…. try anything!

Just do crunches and situps and russian twists to get rid of fat on your stomach.
ok i lost like 10 pounds by just .. eating smaller meals.. i still ate everything ( fat & sweets & stuff) and every meal and even snacks. but just smaller portions. i wish i worked out more so i’d have more muscle. but thats a way to diet. i hate when people are like ” oh you can’t eat this or that. only this ” because it doesn’t matter.
crunches situps and alot of running
try running track or doing a sport u enjoy. play with pets.. if popssible meaning don’t take ur fish for a walk. and in the moring and after dinner run a few miles along with some situps before u go to bed that helps. also don’t eat any junk fod drink plenty of water and try to eat healthy. no fast food and maybe a snack to reaward urself here and there
RUNNN!!!!!! it burns calories everywhere so you wont just get skinnier around your stommach youll get skinnier everywhere!!! but please dont try to lose too much weight 118 is not alot for a 14 year old!!!
Don’t do it especially for a guy most chicks are too self conscious plus a lot of guys like a little there it makes you softer like a teddy bear

this was me when i was your age but then i lost weight by doing nothing. maybe i lost it because i was growing and my baby fat was shedding off…maybe this will happen to you i weighed 118 and dropped down to 112
Do weight training to tone your body, not real necessary to look at the scale all the time. You may find that you will be happy at 118lbs. if you are building lean muscle mass. The crunches will take care of the baby fat and your health will be better all around. Good luck in your quest.
