ok, so my stomach is really round (no theres no worms in it
) and i want to gat it flat, but i dont want to have, women-abs, just flat. Ok, im 12years old, 5’3 and 99 lbs. ok i know what your thinking, “how can she have a fat somach when she only weighs 99lbs!?” well, the answer to that is “i dont know!”. Kids my age already have flat stomachs and i dont why i dont. How can i get rid of it? thanks.
And dont say “i doubt you have a flat stomach” and crap like that, i know what i look like and i know what i hear.

jogging is an excellent exercise because it let you lose weight
evenly throughout your whole body. If you want to lose weight in
specific areas, you should target them with exercises. If they are
your problem areas, they will be very difficult to tone. You will have
to work double on them. The best approach is this:
1. Lower/control your daily calorie intake (control for normal
weight, lower for overweight).
2. Run/jog to lower your overall body fat percentage.
3. Target your problem areas with exercises.
an excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on a
stool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture,
for example). In your hands hold a little dumbbell. Please, make sure
that it is not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you
will damage your back and spine! Slowly move the upper part of your
body back, until it’s parallel with the ground. Stop for a second and
move it back to the sitting position. Repeat ten times. Every week add
to the number of repetitions. You will see the results in a week,
guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat – if you have any – six
pack and muscles. Dumbbells do wonders. Much better than these
crunches – I came up to three hundreds and there was no results AT
ALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.

okay, first off, you’ll probably develop out of it, it’s called “baby fat”, but, if you want to loose it now, then try to do curl-ups or excercise.

aren’t you more concerned that you are nutritionally inadequate basing it to your Body Mass Index or BMI?
BMIs are computed this way:
weight in kilograms divided by the square of height in meters
so 99lbs = 45kgs and 5’3″ = 1.6002 m
so roughly your BMI is 17.57 which is below normal..
so imagine if you lost that weight from your belly, you are more inadequate..
i suggest first to gain healthy weight and at same time avoid sedentary activities even if you are a student after all and avoud all the junks..
in the physical side, crunches are effective. you can mke progressive exercises like making 20 crunches daily then evolving it to 30 crunches daily the next week..
