GoFit Ultimate Wobble Board

This is a terrific gift that I purchased for my 38-yr. old daughter. She loved it! We had a large Christmas gathering and EVERYONE loved it. I could have gotten away with just purchasing 12 of these Wobble Boards!!!

This purchase was disappointing to me. While the balance exercises seemed appropriate, it took too much time when watching the video for instructions to proceed from one exercise to the next. It would have been helpful to have a wall chart of the exercises to quickly refer to once the video had been used to show how to do each exercise correctly.

this item is real fun to use while watching football. Plus it helps stabilize the core nicely.

I really like the fact that it is made of wood rather than plastic. It’s a wobble board so there isn’t a lot you can say about it. It works, it was a good price and I think it was a good investment in my health. The only negative is that the instructional CD didn’t work and when I called about it the girl on the other end gave me attitude. I never did get the CD issue dealt with. Still I haven’t had any problems with the actual product itself. Defiantly worth the price and was delivered really fast.

I ordered this exact item. I did not know this had an adjustable base, but it does. It’s pretty difficult to balance on it at first, especially on hard floors. I use this on top of a mat, and I have easier time balancing on it. I can really feel my leg muscles stressing as I try to balance, and especially my ankles.
